Here at Ida’s we take food allergies and sensitivities very seriously. Our gluten-free flour is made in house from scratch. All of our gluten-free flavors are baked separate from our regular cupcakes and flash-frozen to help prevent cross-contamination.

Ida’s Cupcake Cafe offers gluten and dairy-free products as a courtesy to our customers with an intolerance to these ingredients. In addition to baking with wheat & dairy on a daily basis, we also use nuts in some of our cakes and frosting flavors. We make every attempt to keep these cupcakes and their preparation separated from gluten and dairy ingredients.
